Systems for Staff Support, Education and Development
The whole practice will start a rolling educational cycle. The elements of this will be:
- Initial personal development planning: aiming for each staff member to develop a list of learning objectives in the coming year
- Integration of personal and practice objectives: aiming to synthesise the development needs of the practice with the development needs of the staff
- Setting of a practice strategic plan and a staff curriculum: setting down a curriculum of meetings and learning resources to enable the objectives to be met
- Ongoing review: to ensure needs and objectives are being met
