How can we improve recruitment and retention?
We believe that we can bring a lot to the team:
Firstly, drawing on the processes, systems and protocols developed elsewhere, we will be able to short-cut directly to higher quality clinical and patient services
Secondly we will be able to provide career structures and opportunity for those who would like to progress. There will clearly be opportunities locally and nationally for further initiatives, and as these open up we will be looking for trusted and committed staff to take these forward.
Finally, we will be able to bring dynamism. As we hope this shows, we have a clear and ambitious vision for improving primary care services in the UK. We would hope to enthuse the team with this vision and help them to feel proud at being part of BKH
