Looking after our patients

BK Health believes that high quality primary health care can be delivered only when patients and health professionals work closely in partnership together. Health professionals have a great deal of expertise to offer this partnership, but the patient is an expert in himself or herself, and often much more besides.

All BK Health sites encourage patient participation, whether through community participation, use of patient held records, high quality communication with patients or by involving patients in the management of the sites.
