When BK Health takes on a new site, services are developed in 4 processes, some of which may develop in parallel, some consecutively. These are:

Development of enhanced services based upon the needs of the local populations as defined in the needs analysis

Development of patient partnership systems and services

Initial local needs analysis

Consolidation and/or development of essential and additional primary care services
